Can I get a refund at a legit store?
Excuse me, I was wondering if I could ask a question about the refund policy at your store. I recently purchased an item here, but I've found that it's not quite what I was expecting. I just wanted to clarify, does your store offer refunds for items that are returned within a certain time frame, assuming they're in the same condition as when they were purchased?
